STUDENT OF THE MONTH: Arianna Martinez
Arianna Martinez, daughter of Kylie and Miguel Martinez, was also chosen from the elementary. “Arianna is a great example of what responsibility looks like. She always comes to class prepared with homework done. She is a great role model for other students, and she is incredibly trustworthy. I know that I can always depend on her for any task, big or small!” explained Miss Wangler, Arianna’s teacher. Arianna prides herself in being responsible. She feels it is important to be responsible “so my parents, teachers, and adults can trust me and depend on me.” Her advice to others on the importance of being responsible is “People will trust you and depend on you and you will be given more tasks if you are responsible.” Arianna comes to school so she can learn new things and see her friends. In her free time, Arianna can be found camping, swimming, drawing, coloring or talking to her friends. Arianna is in the sixth grade.

STUDENT OF THE MONTH: Alex Jacobson
Alex Jacobson, a sophomore at Bowbells High School, was also chosen as a student of the month. Alex was chosen because he displays a character of responsibility. “Being responsible means turning assignments in on time and doing things you are told to do them,” defined Alex. His advice to his others is, “Take ownership for your actions. Do things when you are told to do them and turn your work in on time.” Alex feel education is important because the more education you have the better your pay and it determines how successful you will be in life. When Alex is not studying, he can be found working on engines and other electrical projects. Alex is the son of Alan and Shelley Jacobson.

STUDENT OF THE MONTH: Isabella Aufforth
Isabella Aufforth, daughter of JR Aufforth and Miranda Aufforth, was chosen as the student of the month for Bowbells Elementary by her teacher. “Isabella has been rocking 2nd grade so far. Not only has she worked super hard with her academics, she has also been a great role model in class. She is very independent, and you can always rely on her to tell the truth. She is an amazing helper and hard worker,” reported her teacher, Mrs. Hass. Isabella was chosen because she is a responsible student. Isabella described, “Being responsible is important so you don’t lose your things.” She advised others to “do things without being asked.” Isabella enjoys coming to school to see her friends. She wants to learn so she can become a doctor one day. When Isabella is not in school, she enjoys having a sleepover at Peyton’s house. Isabella is in the second grade.
